The Chinese word “chi” or “qi” means life force or energy. 

Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that coordinates body, breath and mind based on Chinese philosophy.

It is practiced with movement exercises, controlled breathing, and meditation to nourish your energy or inner life force (qi) for optimal health and vitality.

These routines are a mixture of subtle and strong energy workouts designed to make you feel your qi, move your qi and restore your qi.

The individual movements are relatively easy to learn and safe to practice, providing you with discernible benefits with a modest investment of time. When practiced regularly and properly, it stimulates the body’s inherent healing capabilities and can support mental health by improving mood and decreasing stress and anxiety.
